I just want to greet you my best friend Riza Gyle Gonzales a Happy birthday today! I hope that this will be a great one, not the same as last year, and I know it will be the best birthday you had. Thank you for the friendship, for all those crazy moments we have since the beginning. Just don't forget that I will always be here for you no matter what happened. Remember that you're not just my friend or best friend, but I treat you as my sister, you know that right?

Holiday's over

We're back to work now, after the holiday or should I say long weekend? Well, eitherways. Everybody are busy as there are some pending works to do or answer emails sent to us. Well, that's life, and that's our job. lol. I am still on holiday mood today, so lazy to do my job, (kidding!). Anyway, another holiday is coming up and it will be on Thursday, 24th September, it's a Constitution Day. I've been wondering what to do that day? hmm.. let us see...

Pchum Ben - Cambodia Holiday

Pchum Ben - A Cambodian religious holiday when many Cambodian Buddhists pay their respects to deceased relatives by cooking meals for monks and making offerings to the "ghost" of deceased relatives. It is also known as "Ancestor's Day".

Today is the first day of the holiday until Sunday. So, we don't have work today until Monday, since the last day fall on Sunday, so it's an offset holiday.

Don't have much plans, just stay at home. Good thing we already have internet at home so its not too boring to stay here!

Due to boredom yesterday I tried to take a quiz in Facebook, it's fun and the results are accurate for me. The truth will never hide as they said. So here are some of the results of the 2 quizzes I took yesterday:

Yes, it is true. Well, if people think that you are this person, you should keep that image, so once you did something that they aren't expecting, they will think the other way. I actually grew up this way, people are expecting that I cannot do anything wrong/bad or will not pleased them, but while growing up, I realised that there's something missing, and its the FUN and being WILD once in awhile, it's not that bad actually. Others maybe shocked and they might say "good girl gone wild..." and that's me. lols.

And that explains everything. lols. I'm having a problem on expressing what I really wanted to say, I don't have that much courage to say it. I don't know, it's just the way I am. I may express it through jokes or when I'm a bit tipsy or have a spirit of liquor in me.

I know that it may take time to improve those things, and I'm trying to work it out. Let's see in the near future...

Saturday night; party time!

Last Saturday, my schedule was loaded after 6:00 o'clock. lols.


Dufry had a dinner at Tonle Bassac Restaurant; it's a send-off party/dinner for Mr. Atef, our former GM, foods there was nice, lots of seafoods, they have sushi too. I was so loaded with those. After the dinner I headed to my friend's place, at Vince's for Joan's birthday celebration. It's a very late celebration actually. So just as what we're always doing, drinking! This time was different, coz I joined them, boyfriend is not around. I was SINGLE that time.

We had VODKA and BEER, it seems that everyone of us were too drunk and unexpected things happen as always, it's kinda confidential to mention it here. Though it made me realized something that made my bad mood today, I don't regret it, we're just having fun so I don't take it seriously.

My First Year in Dufry Cambodia

Time fly so fast, it's actually my first year here in Dufry. I joined them last September 2, 2008, and just few minutes ago when I realize that I already reached 1 year here in the Company. WOW! Well, lots of things happened, I learned a lot. I've been to Siem Reap for the party, went to Singapore for Training. My communication skills is improving. Discovering new things everyday.


I hope I'll stay here many more years, just like the others did. I should put more efforts and dedication to my job. I know there are many changes coming. We have new GM and shop will be renovated soon.


I must say goodbye to Mr. Atef Khomassi, he got a promotion in our head office. I would like to say THANK YOU for giving me an opportunity to work with this team. And for all my colleagues who helped me during my first year here.

dreaming of you?

I often dream about those people from my past and it's so weird that made me curious. But anyway, they were my past so nothing to deal with me now. However, I am looking forward to see them when I come home. Let's see what will happen. lols...
