Current Fave Song...

Who Am I
Who am I?
That the Lord of all the earth,
Would care to know my name,
Would care to feel my hurt.
Who am I?
That the bright and morning star,
Would choose to light the way,
For my ever wondering heart.
Not because of who I am.
But because of what you've done.
Not because of what I've done.
But because of who you are.
Chorus:
I am a flower quickly fading,
Here today and gone tomorrow.
A wave tossed in the ocean,
A vapor in the wind.
Still you hear me when I'm calling,
Lord you catch me when I'm falling,
And you told me who I am.
I am yours. I am yours.
Who am I?
That the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love
And watch me rise again Who am I?
That the voice that calm the sea,
Would call out through the rain,
And calm the storm in me.
Not because of who I am.
But because what of youve done.
Not because of what I've done.
But because of who you are.
Chorus:
I am a flower quickly fading,
Here today and gone tomorrow.
A wave tossed in the ocean,
A vapor in the wind.
Still you hear me when I'm calling,
Lord you catch me when I'm falling,
And you told me who I am.
I am yours.
Not because of who I am.
But because of what you've done.
Not because of what I've done.
But because of who you are.
Chorus:
I am a flower quickly fading,
Here today and gone tomorrow.
A wave tossed in the ocean,
A vapor in the wind.
Still you hear me when I'm calling,
Lord you catch me when I'm falling,
You told me who I am.
I am yours. I am yours.
Whom shall I fear?
Whom shall I fear?
'Cuz I am yours.
I am yours.

My 4th year stay in Cambodia

Today I'm celebrating my 4th year stay here in Cambodia. Grabe, ang bilis ng panahon, akalain mo yon, apat na taon na ako dito, and on the other side I'm getting older na, I remember the day that my first time to take an airplane, landed on Saigon airport, waited there for more than 4 hours, because of the heavy rain, then finally reached the Phnom Penh International Airport at around 9:00pm.
For four years stay here in Cambodia, I learned a lot of things, mostly about life. I've really changed my behaviour now. I knew a lot of things about Cambodia; their history, laws and regulations, traditions, behaviour, etc. Some of those I learned it from School; Pannasastra University of Cambodia. I met lots of people, friends, lovers and even true love... hahaha! One person that i will never forget is V, he taught me lot of things about life, he's been my inspiration, best friend, brother, sometimes a father, and of course a very special friend or i can say a Lover? hahah! (in my dreams)..hhehe! Of course, if your cute or charming, some boys will be attracted to you, and that's what happened to me, that it came to a point that rumors about me is going around Filipino Community, some of it are true, some are not, but i standout and said that's all lie, and since that chismoso, is known as number one chismoso in town, no one believes him, why? of course they know me, I'm such an innocent girl, that's why they believe that I really can't do it.well, thanks to those people who said that it isn't true.
Birthdays: well, one of the special events of our life is our birthday, I've been celebrating my birthday here in Cambodia for 4th times already and turning 5th times this year. Every year is memorable, as everything has it's own story. On my 17th birthday I was sick, on my 18th birthday, its not that really special unlike some other young women who celebrated their 18th bday. I just celebrated it with some friends and my family, that I called it special with them. my 19th birthday is a blast, the venue was a garden on our rooftop, family is complete, friends are there, sisters in SFC, crushes, secret boyfriend was there, karibal, and new suitor. hahah! On my 20th birthday, I celebrated it for almost a week, celebrated with my special someone, with some office mates, then with friends, and finally with my family, its bongga talaga! Now I am looking forward for my birthday celebration this year, I hope that this will be very special as well.
Holiday destinations: Sihanoukville is one of my favourite spot here in Cambodia, maybe because that's the only place i've been to. its like Boracay. Anyway, I've been to Saigon Vietnam last 2007. and just recently i've been to Siem Reap, but just only 1 day, haven't got the chance to scroll around. I'll be back there soon, and I'll visit Angkor Wat for sure. hahahha!!!
SAMAPI angel: I must say that I am an angel of SAMAPI. eversince I came here in Cambodia, I've been helping SAMAPI with their events. So as usual task, "receptionist", always in the front desk. lolz...
Embassy's talent: I said like this, because we once became their talent when we presented a fashion show on celebratiobn of 40th Anniversary of ASEAN. It was very successful, everybody liked it, even the high ranking officials they praised us. heheh! Now, for the second time, they asked us to perform at Independence Day party organized by the Philippine Embassy in InterContinental Hotel on June 13, 2009. Hope it will be good, this is the "tinikling". mahirap kaya un. hehehe!!!
Work: This is very interesting thing happened to me here, got a JOB. Well, my first job was at MAG (Media and Graphics) Alliance, an Advertising Company. Actually its just an offer to be a trainee/apprentice there, then my manager liked me and he promoted me. I worked there for almost 8 months, quite long huh? then I moved here in my current job, here at DUFRY Cambodia, operator of Duty free shop in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap International Airport. I am so lucky that I am working here, they are all so nice, and my work is not that hard. So now I've been here for 9 months now. Ang bilis nga eh, parang kelan lang... well, ganon talaga... heheh!
Nightlife: Well, my night life here is not that too good, I rarely go out at night, my parents didn't allow me to go out, unless I'm with my cousin or with my brothers its fine, and with my bestfriend Riza. hahah... we had lots of fun if we're together. you know, silly things, flirting around... hahaha!
As I've said my life here is so simple. When I was just studying my routine is always, house-school-house. sometimes.... it's just silly and naughty thing. :P (Its the secret that i will never tell)...
Now that I am working, its like this house-office-house, that's it. anyway, i still love the way it is. hehehe. Wow, ang haba noh? thanks for reading!

Reminisce...

I just realize that its been a year had pass by. It all came back to my memory what we had a year ago, you know what i mean and being with you on that very short moment is like i felt how we started, but since i'm not yet ready to face you then i walked away but with a lil smile in my lips. You made my day on that very moment. I really miss you but things are different now right? Well, its okay!

Philippine folkdance...

Tinikling-is one of our traditional dance. Actually we were asked by embassy to dance tinikling on Independence day at intercon hotel on june. This day is our 2nd practice, it is really hard to learn it, cause you'll dance in between of two bamboo which controlled by two men, ofcourse they have to click it or open-close while i'm jumping on both sides and in middle too! Ipit ka!lagot! :-)
