111th Independence Day of the Philippines

Ngayong araw na ito ay ipinagdiriwang nating mga Pilipino ang ating 111th kalayaan ng ating bansa. Nawa'y manatili tayong tapat sa ating bansang Pilipinas. Kahit nasaan man tayo ating isa-puso ang pagiging tunay na Pilipino. Maging isang magandang halimbawa tayo sa mga susunod na henerasyon upang sa kanilang paglalakbay ay dala rin nila sa kanilang puso ang pagiging isang makabayan.

Sa mga kababayan ko dito sa Cambodia, tayo po ay inaanyayahan ng Embahada ng Pilipinas na dumalo sa isang pagpupugay sa ating watawat o "flag raising ceremony", ito po ay gaganapin sa ating Embahada sa darating na sabado ika-13 ng Hunyo taong 2009, sa ganap na ika-7 ng umaga, meron din pong nakahain na almusal para sa atin matapos ang programa.

Sa darating na linggo po ay inaanyayahan naman po tayo ng SAMAPI o Samahan ng mga Pilipino sa Cambodia, sa isang pagtitipon bilang pagdiriwang ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas. Ito po ay gaganapin sa Hotel Intercontinental Phnom Penh sa ganap na ika-6:30 ng linggo ng gabi. Para sa karagdagang impormasyon puwede po kayong bumisita sa SAMAPI site.

Akin pong binabati ang aking nakakatandang kapatid na lalake ng Maligayang Kaarawan ngayong araw na ito. Mahal kita.

Busyness...

F Magazine invites me on their Office launching tomorrow (12-June-09), but before I go there I'll have to go to our final practice at Intercon tomorrow then proceed to the party at St. 240. My cousin said that after this launching, we'll go to FLY lounge to continue the party and enjoy the night.

It's a black and gold party, so we must wear something black with gold, something like that. But the problem is I don't have gold, so I'll just wear black only. opps, I have a black and gold head band, I'll just wear it na lang din. hehee!!!

It's Philippine Independence day and my brother's birthday.

June 13, 2009 - After the black and gold party, we have to wake up so early as we need to go to Philippine Embassy for the flag ceremony as part of Independence day celebration. Then at night we will perform "tinikling" at Hotel Intercontinental. FYI, our audience are Diplomaticore, which are the Ambassadors of all Embassy here in Phnom Penh (see, bongga!). I'm so looking forward for this day, as this is one of my dream. (naks!)

June 14, 2009 - So again after that party we have to wake up early, because this day will be a Filipino family day. And there are some Filipinos who'll come from Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. It's one day event full of games, fun, and chikahan... you know, Filipino tradition. It's like a "pyestang bayan".

And again at night, there will be a party to celebrate the Philippine Independence day at Hotel Intercontinental also, we will perform at that night also, and our audience are the Filipino community. I'm looking forward for this event, as always, every year. There will be lots of fun, entertainment, and meeting new faces. So it's gonna be fun.

But this party is not free, the ticket cost $8.00 each and I already have it na. So here's the ticket looks like:

June 15, 2009 - On this day I have to fly to Singapore early morning for a business trip and I'm so excited yet nervous. Anyway, it's fine. I'll be back on June 18, 2009.

Just want to share, we're already booked for a dance performance on August for ASEAN anniversarry. yippee...

Soooooooo busy... well, it's fine, atleast its a good experience. This is life... we must enjoy it.

Excited!

Yeah, I'm so excited but a bit nervous. Wondering why? Well, I'm going to Singapore on Monday (15-06-09) until Thursday (18-06-09) for a training of the global project of the company. It's actually a business trip, of course tours and shopping is also included. (lolz). I have learned that this month and next month is a "Grand Sale" in Singapore, well let's see if I could buy some labeled items there. Yet still I'm nervous, this will be my first time there, however I can still contact a former colleague there to accompany me. hahahah! By the way, our facilitator/trainor is Filipina and she told me that we can go around when she arrived there. I think its gonna be fun. :)

For now, I need to finish all my signages, reports and my dance performance before I leave. Oh! before I forgot, there are lots of party that I should attend too! Super busy!

I'll miss you guys!

To Nhiay and Nico,

I'm so glad to know both of you, it was nice working with both of you. Thanks for the friendship we had. Now that you left Cambodia for good, I know that there's still a way to meet us in the near future. We'll just keep in touch huh? I had fun when we went out last Friday.

Kita tayo pag nagbakasyon ako sa Pinas. Keep in touch.

I can't believe that I've been here in Cambodia for 4 years now. Just to think that I've been away from my friends for that so long. I really can't believe it promise. now I'm missing them so much.

Last night I saw them in my dreams, its a get together; we laughed, exchange stories and cried, we even run on something. But it's funny cause, its our reunion but with our former boyfriends. hahahha!!! but anyway, when i woke up this morning I'm thinking of a reason why they appeared in my dreams.

Now I finally figured it out, i think its their way of saying that they miss me... hahah! (maybe). I saw Dorina's friendster profile and she uploaded new photos of them during summer vacation. hay... kakamiss talaga sila, kakainggit pa. I really miss this people. Sana pala tinuloy ko ung bakasyon ko last May para nagkasama sama kami. Well, anyway, I'll see them soon... hehehhe!!! promise, this will be my final plan and I'll stick to it.
