SAMAPI Sportsfest

As I've mentioned on my previous blog, my father is one of SAMAPI Officers, that's why I'm always updated about their plans...



Once again, SAMAPI Sportsfest is coming very soon. I remember that this event is one of the awaiting event for everyone, (most). Please see below for more information!!!




Malugod po namin kayong inaanyayahan makilahok sa isang buong araw na punong puno ng kasiyahan pang buong pamilya.

Lahat po ng Pinoy ay imbitado wag lang po sana kalimutang magrehistro bago mag Abril 12 para makalahok sa kapistahan.

Puwede pong magrehistro sa mga sumusunod na lugar:
Philippine Embassy, Ate Helen's Bakery, Mang Boy Litson, Jade Garden, FilMart, 88 Restaurant, MJ Carinderia, Kucina Filipina, at Bistro Lorenzo.

It's Friday come on!

Hey people, today is Friday we should be partying tonight! Have you planned anything yet? Well, I do have but I think we have to cancelled it, for some reasons...

This morning, I've got a news from my cousin Franco that their company is now officially close. I was so shocked and felt like crying. I was just speechless... Though I know that it will happen but still I wasn't expecting that this is the time. What makes me sad is that most of them are Filipinos, and they are all my friends. But then, I cannot do anything, that just happened. So I'll just pray for them that they can get a new job as soon as possible.

So as part of my routine, I called my best friend, to check her, but what I found out that she wasn't okay, sinaktan sya ng boyfriend nyang mukang kabayo! kaka asar, sobrang sinaktan nya talaga... I don't want to tell anyone because that's her request, pero ayoko rin saktan nya best friend ko... hay..wag lang talaga sya magpapakita sakin...

Gusto ko sila puntahan para iparamdam sa kanila na andito lang ako kaya lang hindi ako pwede umalis ngaun eh,nasa trabaho ako... hmm...wala ako magawa...

I know they will be ok...

But anyway, it's friday... let's go out tonight! not for a party but just for a drink... lol!

SAMAPI Officers' Induction Night

Actually this is a late post, it happened two weeks ago. So here's the story:

Since my father is one of the SAMAPI Officers our family presence was there, it's a complete family attendance. lol! So like i've said they gave me a task for that night, which is being a "receptionist", I handle the membership registration. We got 28 new members, and it was great because even if it's $5.00 each they still sign up, I know that they really like the new set of officers, even me.. lol!

We arrived there at 6:00pm, I was with highschool girls, they are daughters of some SAMAPI officers, it was Ate Daden, Kim & Kaye(Tita Olivet's), Bianca (Tita Margie's), Alisha (Tito Boying's) and I (Roman's daughter). hehehe!!!

The event was very successful, compared it from the previous year and events that former SAMAPI Officers organized. It seems that many of us we're shocked but happy to see that the Philippine Embassy was full of Filipinos, some are representative of Filipino community in Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. It was really nice to see that the event was so successful!

So part of the program are the speeches of people. and the main highlight is the induction or panunumpa in Tagalog. Just to respect those people speaking on the small stage, the dinner was served after their speech. As per tradition on the party after dinner followed by drinking, since the drinks was free nag-enjoy ang mga guys eventhough they have basketball game early in the morning on the next day. lol!

This morning, while I was checking my friendster, i saw that you've viewed my profile huh? I was shocked, nong nakita ko name mo... alamo naman na affected pa rin ako.. but anyway, wala na talaga un, "past is past", let's move on na, kahit makulit ako, wala na un sakin... no more checking each other's profile... Never expect too much...

May mga taong nakakainis. Alamo yon, some people are good in talking and promises but in the end you will be disappointed with what they've done. Nakakainis lang isipin na, you are expecting about it, but it's far from what you're expectations pala. Tapos sa huli, people starts blaming you for what you've done, that in fact it is not your fault naman talaga, it's others, but since you have contact with them, it is you to be blame. damn! i hate this!

Bakit hindi ko kaya i-handle yong ganitong sitwasyon. Siguro hindi pa nga ako ganon ka-matured para sa ganito. I admit that there are times that I really want to give up, but of course at the back of my mind, I don't want to lose this chance and the opportunity that I already have. Siguro kasi hindi ko naman pinangarap yong ganito... We always have a choice, sabi nga ng iba... Since it's my choice, I will stick to it and gawin na lang ung dapat kesa mag isip ng mga negative thoughts.

Anyway, the problem is always there, sabi nga, if you want to be happy, it should start from yourself... hay.. anu ba yan ang drama ko na naman...

Just hope that everything will be okay soon...

Ay naku! grabe talaga! naloka ako sa nangyayari sakin. hindi na talaga ako iinom kung meron pasok kinabukasan, okay lang kung walang pasok kinabukasan... grabe ha! Hindi naman ako lasing pero may tama lang, at ang sama ng pakiramdam ko ngayon ha! Nasusuka ako! (waahhhhhhh!!!!) Hindi na talaga! hahahh!!!

Anyway, we had fun naman last night eh. Next time ulit... hahahha!!!

SAMAPI

Here in Cambodia, SAMAPI or Samahan ng Mga Pilipino Sa Cambodia is an Association that you can count on. Last February 15, 2009, we attended the, SAMAPI in cooperation with Philippine Embassy, Family Day at Phnom Penh Sports Club. Well, there's an election for the new SAMAPI members. Some people are just chit-chatting with other Pinoys, some kids went for swimming, some mens are drinking, as they've got a free San Miguel beer, courtesy of SAMAPI I think. There is also lucky draw, since I'm not so lucky with that, I didn't got any, Im not expecting it anymore. lol =P.

Anyways, after a month of meetings and plannings, they've scheduled their Induction Night. it will be on March 14, 2009, at Philippine Embassy. Dinner is Free and there are some "entertainment" (dunno what kind of entertainment. lol! =P). One of my friend told me, that we'll be working on that night as "receptionist" (based from her own term). Okay lang yon, sanay na rin naman kasi ako, lol! Ganon talaga kapag magaganda. hahah!

So tomorrow, come and join, meet some Filipinos and enjoy! See you there! You will see me in Entrance Area.

Everytime I hear this song, I suddenly stop what I am doing, and just listened until I got the message, then without knowing, I started reminiscing and tears fell already. But I know what happened just happened. Kahit pa gustuhin ko na bumalik wala na yon, kahit nga yong magandang pagkakaibigan namin eh nasira na rin. I have a friend that we call our relationship as a "friends with benefits"... (no need to explain), we know that we like each other, but we don't want to commit, we both busy at our work, especially him, he has a lot of things going on with him, that's why just chose to have this relationship, rather than a boy-girlfriend relationship. He cannot handle that, and plus the fact that I have a boyfriend. So we just stick with that friendship, sometimes we meet, text, chat on facebook, or he called me, that's all. The last time i saw him was last January 3. 2 months have passed already. Here's a funny thing, or nakakakilig, 2 days before his flight to his homeland he informed me that he's going there for vacation, so i just told him take care. 3 weeks later, last saturday (7th march), I received a call from him, informing that he just arrived and he brought me something. I don't know that thing yet, it's my turn to find out what is it by myself, so I have to meet him... let's see... But I was so excited!!!

We always played this song at Nica's phone, during her vacation here in Phnom Penh. Actually, this song was dedicated for our crush... cause we always told each other that "later, when the right time comes, they will realize my existence and my feelings for you." To tell you the truth, only this year that I realized how much I love Jeff. or I can say that only this year I admit that I really love him. I know that I'm a total flirt. Mabilis mahulog ang loob ko sa ibang guy, lalo na kung cute sya or matagal ko na kakilala or crush then suddenly became close, then after everything, we just ignore each other. Ganon lang talaga, the person that I fell inlove with, is just an infatuation, not a true love, and because both of us doesn't want to have a commitment with other person, especially in a relationship. Yong tipong just for fun lang talaga. Yong alamong masaya ka at nag eenjoy ka... pero at the end od the day si Jeff pa rin talaga. Now we are just enjoying what we have now. We have some plans for us in the future, but that is just a plan... hehehe!!
